Why Jets Are So Important To Jacuzzi? The Jets can be very intense and as they are not adjustable they can actually be painful. You want the very latest in design whereby the Jets provide a vigorous massage to loosen those tight knotted muscles and at the same time increase the blood and oxygen circulation which helps to bring nutrients to sore muscles and joints. It is very amusing when you get some so called Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) specialists talking about the number of jets in a spa pool without having even taken into account the strength of the pumps which are going to power those very Jets. So these many jets simply do not have enough power to actually make these Jets perform properly, So for performance in a Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) it is just not a simple question of the number of Jets but it does come down to things like engineering and design and the balance of the Jets with the correct motors and water pumps to produce the better all round product. Usually the maker of Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) here is clearly out to save some money on his production costs or perhaps it is a cheap eastern import. The manufacturer will use a standard or probably a mould from production hence the too many jets and to save money simply fits underpowered motors to drive the pumps. | | Friday, March 2nd, 2012 | | 1:39 pm |

How to Maximize the Benefits of Infrared Sauna? Saunas (סאונה) have been popular for thousands of years in cultures around the world. Whether for leisure and socializing, to treat specific illnesses or as a general means of ushering toxins from the body, hot-air baths have traditionally come in two designs; dry saunas and wet ones. Each has its uses, but a new design is proving to be the most efficient for detoxifying the body. Adjusting to TreatmentJust like soaking in the sun, it is not a good idea to jump in for 20 minutes the first time. Although there is no chance of sunburn, the body needs time to adapt. It is better to start with 10 minutes and build up slowly in order to avoid fatigue. Eating and DrinkingUsers should not consume food for at least an hour before the session. Forcing blood to parts of the body outside the stomach and small intestine can hinder digestion and create more toxins. Urinating before using the sauna (סאונה)will remove some of the toxin burden as well. The craving for food is a common experience after a few minutes of intense sweating. This happens when the body switches from burning sugars in the bloodstream to another fuel source. Cravings usually pass before the sauna time is over. If not, it is a good idea to eat soon after. More is Not BetterThe optimum time will differ for everyone, and pushing too far past the individual's tolerance level can damage the body. Like exercise and sunbathing, regular exposure is more beneficial than increasing the time of each separate exposure. Existing Medical ConditionsThe infrared method is just as safe as other types, and similar precautions apply. Use should be avoided during pregnancy. A doctor should be consulted for other cases. Regularly detoxifying the body is important in the modern chemical-filled environment in everyday life. The infrared detox sauna (סאונה) offers a more effective way to stay healthy. | | Sunday, January 29th, 2012 | | 12:57 pm |
Sauna – Fitness Friend or an Enemy? Many cultures throughout the world have a tradition of saunas or steam baths and recognize the benefits that they can offer those that take part. Some of those purported benefits include improved circulation, relaxing of the body and mind and helping the body to sweat out toxins. Many claim that saunas (סאונה) can improve metabolism and help the body's ability to heal and regenerate. There are reports that steam baths can help with minor illnesses such as colds and even help those that suffer from asthma breathe more easily. Before you choose to try a sauna, be aware that they are not recommended for those with certain health conditions. Those include those with unstable heart conditions but those who have stable coronary disease might be able to take part. As with any physical activity it is wise to ask the advice of a physician before starting. The obvious risk to a sauna (סאונה) is becoming overheated. This could lead to heat stroke or severe dehydration. Start by spending short amounts of time in the sauna and be sure to leave if you start feeling faint or dizzy or too hot. It should be a relaxing experience, not painful or uncomfortable. There are many places to experience a sauna, fitness clubs and spas often include them in their facilities. Be sure to choose a facility that is clean and has trained attendants on duty. Find out if your local laws require that saunas be licensed and if so, ask to see the certification. Do not go to a sauna if it seems dirty or neglected. One of the major benefits of a sauna (סאונה)is the feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation that you'll experience. This can help you stay motivated to meet your fitness goals and help ease any minor aches and pains that come after vigorous exercise. Taking time to do things that make you feel good about yourself will only help you as you work towards a healthier lifestyle. | | Saturday, January 21st, 2012 | | 7:43 pm |
Benefits of Using Sauna
Saunas can be divided into two basic styles: conventional saunas that warm the air or infrared saunas (סאונה)that warm objects. Infrared saunas may use various materials in their heating area such as charcoal, active carbon fibers, and other materials. Pain ReliefInfrared energy has been shown to reduce inflammation and stimulate blood flow, which can speed up the recovery of minor injuries such as sprains and pulled muscles. The deep penetrating heat also relaxes muscles and tension which can help with headaches, migraines and sinus congestion. Weight LossGoing to a Spa or Sauna is a great way to lose weight. An average sauna session of 30 minutes will burn up to 300 calories. When combined with exercise, a sauna session afterward will complete your weight loss regimen. Research has been shown that Infrared Saunas (סאונה) can burn up to 5 times the calories of that burned in a traditional sauna, or in other words a 30 minute session will burn the same amount of calories of a 2 mile jog. They also help rid the body of cellulite a fatty gel like substance made of mainly fat cells and other wastes. DetoxificationThe main way saunas detoxify our bodies is through our skin, which is the largest organ of our body. A 30 minute sauna (סאונה) session can produce up to 500 grams of sweat, which actively removes toxins which were stored in our fat cells. Potentially removing damaging toxins such as heavy metals like mercury and lead, as well as alcohol, sodium, cholesterol, nicotine and other harmful toxins which may have been stored away in our fat. Benefits of infrared therapy:- Lower blood pressure - Decrease joint stiffness - Reduce blood sugar - Lower cholesterol - Lower triglycerides - Relieve muscle spasms - Increase extensibility of collagen tissue - Assist in resolution of inflammatory infiltrates, edema and exudates - Help with acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns and skin lesions and cuts - Improve skin tone and elasticity - Break up cellulite - Boost immune system | | Sunday, January 15th, 2012 | | 9:53 pm |
Infrared Sauna Review Saunas have been perceived to be an item of luxury. And the other reason that they have gained attention is the role that they are capable of playing when it comes to weight loss. Interestingly, the new-age infrared saunas are way better compared to the classic old steam saunas (סאונה)when it comes to any of the above. Detoxification: This is the single-most important aspect of a sauna that you should look into. The better the detoxification capabilities, the better off you would be with your sauna. The detoxification aspect is related to the stress relief aspect described subsequently. Weight loss: According to Guyton's textbook of Medical Physiology, 1 gram of sweat needs 0.568 kilo calories to produce. With a good infrared sauna (סאונה), an average sauna user can produce 500 grams of sweat. A therapeutic session thus is capable or burning around 350 calories. This is equivalent to running a couple of miles or more. Infrared saunas also help your body to get rid of cellulite. Cellulite is a substance generated by the body fat cells, water and wastes. So sauna weight loss is not "water loss" as perceived by many, it is real weight loss if you use the right kind of infrared saunas. The infrared energy can penetrate up to 1.5 inches inside our muscle tissues. Interestingly, almost 95% of this energy is absorbed through the skin. As a result, the blood circulation dynamics are positively affected, leading to reduction and even elimination of painful conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Stress relief: Some top-quality saunas, especially the one mentioned at the end of this article, are equipped with Carbon 360 far infrared technology or its equivalent. This calls for improved blood circulation and quick stress relief. In other words, you get better refreshed in some saunas compared to others, and the best refreshment comes if your sauna has the Carbon 360 or equivalent technology incorporated. Safety: This is important - you would want a sauna (סאונה)which is shock-proof with ample guarantee, no matter what the manufacturer claims. I strongly recommend you never buy a sauna that is not certified by an authority. An ETL-certified sauna, for example, is a perfectly safe one to use and is on the top of my list of recommendations. ETL stands for Electrical Testing Laboratories. | | Sunday, January 8th, 2012 | | 11:49 pm |
Best Exercise for Mini Trampoline The mini trampoline, or rebounder, is absolutely amazing and a full body workout. It can fit anywhere in your home because it is only 40 inches round and some are even foldable for easy storage. You just have to make sure you buy the right one, ensure it is sturdy and accessible. Recently, it has been said that rebounding is one of the most efficient and effective exercises ever devised by man. Since the toughest part of exercising on a mini trampoline (טרמפולינה) is keeping your balance, it is fantastic for your core. Any move you do is going to work your abs along with so many other muscles in your body, just remember to keep your lower abdominal pulled in at all times. Also, make sure you have on comfortable, non-slip shoes, preferably sneakers. Moving onto a simple jog will continue to increase your heart rate. Jogging for about 5-8 minutes is optimal and will get you ready for the next set of exercises. To keep that heart pumping, a jumping jack exercise is not only a great cardio move, but is so much better to do on a mini trampoline (טרמפולינה) as it is easier on the joints. When you land, watch your feet, this is a fast move and it doesn't take many of them to work up a sweat, doing 10-15 jumping jacks is great. One of the best sculpting exercises you can do is to stand in the middle of the mini trampoline with your left hand on your left hip and slowly rise and lower your right leg with your knee slightly bent. Doing three sets of 10 on each side will work your outer thigh and get rid of those saddle bags for good in addition to working your oblique muscles. Another great exercise that is beneficial to do on a mini trampoline (טרמפולינה) is squats. Doing 3 sets of 15 will get your thighs in amazing shape in no time and will really work that heart muscle. One of the best things you can do for yourself is exercising on a mini trampoline; it's healthy, effective and so much fun. Get ready for summer and then maintain your new body throughout the year with the best workout on the planet. | | Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 | | 9:10 pm |
Five Useful Jacuzzi Components 1. Cabinet: Before, Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) and spa cabinets are made of wood particularly pine. These cabinets quickly deteriorate when exposed to the elements. Fortunately, modern spas are now made of weather resistant polymer. They are made to support the structural design for the shell and other equipment. 2. Shell: The shell is considered the most important component because it provides the shape, and structure of the spa and Jacuzzi. Strong shell is usually three-layer, made of acrylic and chemical resistant thermoplastic, backed with fiberglass, and polyurethane: so strong to hold out the weight of the water, the users, the equipment and everything in the spa.
3. Pumps: A spa pump is another essentials of spas. It comes with different features and is mainly used to circulate the water in and out of the spa. Without it, the Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) water is not pulled and cannot be heated. They also run the jets as well as filter the water. If you have a one pump spa, you have to connect two wires on the pump and controls to provide two separate speeds. The low speed is for filtering process and the high-speed is for the jets. 4. Heater and Controller: The electrical resistance heaters are used to warm the water as it passes via the assembly housing where the coil that generates the heat is installed. The controller allows the pump, filter, heater and jets to work well while providing therapeutic water jets. 5. Purification and Filtering System: Water purification is important if you want to experience the most out of your spa. Though they differ in size, Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) filters work the same: they trapped spa particles as water pass through them.</div> | | Sunday, December 25th, 2011 | | 12:50 pm |
Common Tips To Ensure Safe Use of Spa Pools There is a lot to think about when considering safety while using spa pools (בריכות ספא). A major concern is an invisible danger, bacteria. Without regular maintenance of the water in your spa you can be inviting in a whole host of microorganisms that can cause infection or disease. Be sure to learn how best to maintain the quality of the water and perform maintenance on a regular basis prior to use. Keep alcohol and drugs separate from spa or spa pools (בריכות ספא) use. Alcohol and drugs can have a negative effect on you when combined with the heat from a spa. Instead, grab a cool drink to sip on while relaxing and safe the adult drinks for later. • Safety rails and steps. When possible install both of these near and around your spa pool. Deck surfaces can become very slippery when wet. Nearby towels and a non slip surface on the deck can go a long way as well.
• Spa cover. Keep a locked safety cover over your spa pools when not in use to prevent any children or pets from falling in and drowning. Never leave children unattended around a spa or spa pools.
• Check the electrical. Follow the codes when setting up your spa and ensure that your tub is a full 5 feet from the manual disconnect and within sight to avoid electrocution.
• Don't soak if you're pregnant. Pregnant women should not use spas or spa pools without the approval of a physician. A spa or spa pools (בריכות ספא) can be a great investment. It is a pleasant, relaxing way to unwind and can help soothe and relax aching tired muscles as well. If you follow a few simple rules, it can be a safe way to relax too. | | Sunday, December 18th, 2011 | | 2:17 pm |
5 Trampoline Safety Tips For You A trampoline safety enclosure is a net designed to prevent jumpers from falling off. A safety enclosure can also add to the jumping fun by providing a barrier to keep safe play objects, such as soft foam or crushable balls, inside the enclosure and out of the neighbor's yard. The simplest safety enclosures consist of three basic elements: poles, net and mounting hardware. A good safety enclosure is a must for trampolines (טרמפולינה) with platforms higher than ground level, and are always recommended for platforms at any level because jumpers can get as high as 9 feet when jumping. Please keep these 5 Simple Trampoline Safety Tips in mind when it's time to jump: • Always supervise children while they are on the trampoline. • No stunts, somersaults or flips. • Allow only one person on the trampoline (טרמפולינה) at a time, and no kids under 6 years of age. 75% of injuries result when more than one person is on the trampoline at the same time. The person weighing less is five times more likely to be injured than the heavier person. • Make sure the trampoline and enclosure has had proper maintenance and all parts are in good condition. • Make sure the trampoline is on a level ground and is at least three feet away from other structures, trees, etc. Many people were seriously hurt in the old-school trampoline days with injuries ranging from mild bruising or scratches to paralysis and even death. With today's improvements in trampoline (טרמפולינה) technology, jumping is safer than it ever has been. Be sure to go to a reputable supplier when making your purchase, and choose the models with the best safety ratings. And always follow the safety tips. You'll be happy you did. Now let's get jumping. | | Sunday, December 11th, 2011 | | 3:57 pm |
About Spring-free Trampoline Traditional trampolines have metal springs connecting to the spring board frame while the new version has fiberglass rods creating the spring and supporting the mat and the frame is below the mat hidden from impact. The spring less trampoline (טרמפולינה) has a hidden soft frame while the traditional trampoline's frame is exposed and made of hard metal. Rigid poles surround the enclosure for the traditional trampoline while the spring less trampoline enclosure has Flexi Net to absorb the impact of a body falling against it.The spring less trampoline was invented by Dr. Alexander a professor of engineering at the University of Canterbury. After 15 years of researching ways to make his trampoline safe, he was satisfied the Spring-free trampoline (טרמפולינה) was successfully designed and constructed with the utmost safety features built in. The trampoline was first commercialized in 2003 and it now sells in 15 countries. The trampoline has a soft edge which appears to absorb the shock when you land on it. The outside guards are neat because they have a lot of spring in the netting. When you fall outside the borders you just bounce back into the border. You don't hurt yourself at all. You can jump wildly about feeling completely safe. As others jump it is clear how the rods contribute to the spring, but the jumpers never know the difference because the rods are hidden underneath the trampoline. The floor of this trampoline is like a giant rubber band. It has built in spring. You could tell the traditional trampoline was dependent on the springs to generate the bounce because the floor did not stretch, it was rigid. The rods supporting the mat have elasticity too. This spring less trampoline (טרמפולינה) will outlast our last mat because the springs won't rust and if the mat is not exposed to direct sunlight all day for months the elastic should last for years to come. | | Sunday, December 4th, 2011 | | 8:39 pm |
Some Essential Things to Look in Trampoline A trampoline can be a fun and healthy way to exercise. However, always supervise the kids when on the trampoline. When in the market for a cheap trampoline (טרמפולינה) there are some elements things to look for: Delivery Options:
When looking at a trampoline online make a note of the delivery cost. While certain sellers charge one set delivery price regardless of type and size, others will vary the cost according to size. Sellers will probably encounter some who provide “no charge” delivery.
The Spring Pad and Bounce Mat:
The bounce mats of a cheap trampoline (טרמפולינה) should be rugged and able to withstand wear and tear. There should be no roughness to its surface and it should be smooth to the touch. Safety Enclosures:
It is best to purchase a cheap trampoline that comes with a safety enclosure. Regardless of how old or how responsible the user may be there is always a very real risk of falling off of the trampoline. A safety enclosure will prevent this. Without this enclosure extra room around the trampoline is required to allow for falls. The enclosure consists of a safety net which attaches to the frame of the trampoline.
Quantity of springs:
It is very common for manufacturers to tell buyers the different sizes and amount of springs contained in the cheap trampoline. The trampoline with the highest number of springs is not particularly the most durable. How much the bouncer weighs dictates how many springs are needed. If the trampoline is for a child, too many springs will make it difficult for them to bounce.
The Frame:
The most essential part of a trampoline is the frame, which is commonly constructed of galvanized steel. This type of steel is protected from rusting. Some trampolines (טרמפולינה) have the rust proofing on the interior and exterior of the tube framing. | | Saturday, November 26th, 2011 | | 9:19 pm |
Trampoline Benefits With the increasing rate of obesity, the need for exercise is imperative.Trampolines (טרמפולינה) can help build stamina, strengthen your cardiovascular system, improve muscle control, and improve coordination. Children who jump on trampolines can improve their balance, agility, rhythm, and timing skills, which can aid them in other areas of their lives, such as athletics. Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in the United States. Jumping on a trampoline strengthens your heart by increasing circulation, which can reduce chances of developing cardiovascular disease. While there are long lists of health benefits that can result from trampoline use, there are also other positive effects a trampoline may have. With modern day technology, such as video games, computers, and cell phones, it is sometimes difficult to get children outside and to get them active. Trampolines (טרמפולינה) make kids excited about playing outside. By playing outside children get Vitamin D from sunlight, which assists with healthy bone growth. This means that children are getting healthier through exercising and gaining Vitamin D while enjoying themselves. In today’s busy society it is sometimes difficult to find affordable activities for the whole family to make time for and participate in. Trampolines are the perfect solution to that problem. With a trampoline (טרמפולינה) quality time can be spent with your family in your own backyard, eliminating any inconvenient travel time and expenses. Parents watching their children perform trampoline tricks or simply bounce around, will leave children with memories that will last a lifetime. | | Monday, November 14th, 2011 | | 7:26 pm |
| | Tuesday, November 8th, 2011 | | 9:08 pm |
| | Sunday, October 9th, 2011 | | 2:03 am |
Tips For Taking Care of Water In Jacuzzi Once you finish bathing, you simply leave the spa pool (בריכות ספא) and reuse it for bathing at another time. You have to use a sanitizer to keep the water clean, just as you do with a spa pool. However, there is less water in the spa pool, so you don’t need to use as much sanitizer. One of the sanitizers you use for the water in the spa pool is chlorine, but you also need to use other chemicals. Bromine is one of these chemicals and is not as harsh on the skin or does it have the string chemical smell of chlorine. You do not have to pour in this chemical because it comes in the form of tablets that contain a combination of chlorine and sodium bromide. Most of these spa, spa pool (בריכות ספא), and Jacuzzi sanitizing systems make use of a floating brominator that helps the tablet to dissolve slowly in the water. Another method you can use for sanitizing the water in the spa pool is an ozonator. This requires a special piece of equipment that has to be installed inside the motor, which will produce the ozone into the water to destroy the bacteria and other contaminants that will develop in the water from the use of cologne and other materials that you and your guests use in the water. However, ozone will not do everything that you need for cleaning the water and you will still need to use bromide tablets on occasion. All the newer models of spas and spa pools do have this ozonator included in them. You should drain the water out of your spa pool (בריכות ספא) every three or four months and give it a good cleaning. The filter needs to be cleaned on a monthly basis and replaced once a year. When the filter is not cleaned, the water will be dirty and adding chemicals will not sanitize it as much as is needed. | | Sunday, October 2nd, 2011 | | 7:06 pm |
How to Prevent Repairs in Jacuzzi Spa Pools? As an owner of a Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) or spa pool, the question of its repairing will sooner or later become very common. A spa or hot tub is a complex mechanical piece of equipment with literally 100′s of parts that can fail. The cost of hot spa pool repairs, once a spa is out of warranty will get expensive very fast. Below are some suggestions what you can do to prevent repairs to your spa, hot tubs or Jacuzzi: Strange noises If you hear sounds or noises from your spa pool or Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) that you have not heard before, there is a problem brewing. It is not one of those problems that will go away if you don’t pay attention to it. On the contrary, most notice problems are a first warning from the spa that something bigger is about to break. Leaks A spa pool normally does not leak. Most spa pools will eventually develop leaks. Detecting leaks can be one of the most costly repairs done to a spa. Spa leaks are many times very difficult to find and you will end up having a repair technician there for hours over several days. Heaters Water and electricity can be a dangerous combination. The heating in most spas are submerged in water 24/7. If the heating material may be fail and electricity gets into the water, electrocution could follow. Therefore it is required by law that all new spas are protected with GFCI breakers. A GFCI will shut off the electricity going to the spa, in a matter of thousands of a second, if the GFCI senses that electricity is going into the water. Conclusion The above mentioned problems are just a few of all the items that can go wrong with your spa pool (בריכות ספא). The single most important thing you as a home owner can do is to contact your local spa pool repair company as soon as you hear, notice or see anything out of the ordinary. | | Saturday, September 24th, 2011 | | 11:32 pm |
